The length of the bench is 47 meters to memory of his short, but significant life. The bench gives a strong identity to the place. Especially the color is inspired by the puplic benches in Paris. Which was the city Turéll visited several times in his life. The idea behind the bench is “no one can conquer the bench” www.1til1landskab.dk
